Features:

Principle:
Input the parameters such as ring stress, wall thickness and average outer diameter of the pipe on the PC, the system will automatically calculate the test pressure, and the data will be transmitted to the lower computer (MCU embedded system) through the RS232 serial port. The lower machine automatically conducts constant pressure on the pipe, and the high-pressure pump generates a high-pressure liquid pressure source. After the pressure control system, the high-pressure hose is transported to the sample in the medium incubator for long-term hydrostatic test or blasting test of the pipe.
